REFUND POLICY

Refunds

Any payment made for any of our paid services will take 3 working days to get to us by payment gateway, once it get to us, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your payment. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund at request after inspecting your claim.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


You will receive the credit within 7 banking days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Note that faceorkut will not be liable for any liabilities incurred on course of processing, users are solely responsible for any charges or duty as the case may be.


WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

Step1

Send complain to faceorkut support center [email protected], further guidelines and directives will be clearly stated

Step 2

Track return status

We will send you a waybill number of your request for refund, this will enable you to track your refund status.

Step 3

Refund after authorization

This process of authorization will take 7 working days, once your claim is validated, we will provide information of the refund to you.

Step 4

Get your refund

You can track your money being refunded by faceorkut based on your financial institution policies and guidelines.
